That's me! I'm Sharon Hoffman, The Organizing Decorator. What the heck is that, you ask? Well, first of all, I’m passionate about home and office organizing. I can organize things all day long for hours on end. It’s crazy, I know, but it energizes me. And then there’s interior decorating. I love creating beautiful and comfortable homes. It gives me a thrill when a client walks into a space I've created and loves it. It gives me a burst of energy you wouldn’t believe! I could not choose between being a professional organizer or an interior decorator, so I thought, "Why limit myself? Who says you have to choose?" I am crazy passionate about both. Honest to goodness, when I tell people I can organize and decorate their home the usual response is “Oh, I need you!” Hearing this response over and over, I knew I have found where I should be.
Be Yourself At Home
Your home should be a sanctuary. Your surroundings at work are dictated to you by your company.. You might have to dress a certain way at work to make the boss happy. You drive a car that has been designed entirely by someone else. Sure, your home was designed by someone else, but you definitely picked it out and there are a myriad of ways to live in it. YOU get to decide what goes into your home. YOU bring in what you want. It’s the last place where you truly get to be yourself.
If it isn’t, well, that’s where I come in. How you feel in your home directly affects your moods, your health, and your life. I’ve seen firsthand how drowning in clutter can give one a sense of hopelessness, feelings of laziness (you aren’t lazy), despair, and sadness. I’ve seen firsthand how ugly surroundings can make one feel like giving up on making life better. It is a sad state to be in. I want to help.
Your home is the last place you have that is uniquely yours. Everything about your home is a reflection of you. Your home should be the place to relax, unwind, refresh, and recharge. It should provide you comfort at the end of the day, and energy in the morning to face the day. I want to give you that home.
